EliteStarz understands that plans can change and we want to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible for you. Our cancellation policy requires any cancellations to be made at least 30 days before the start of the program. Cancellation notices should be made in writing and submitted via email to starztina@elitestarzfitness.com. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit towards a future class or service.
